How do I receive my messages?
We can deliver your messages multiple ways. Our agents can call you directly, send a text message, email, fax or a combination of them. We will customize procedures to be established for each individual, department or situation.
Can you directly transfer or patch calls to me?
Yes. We can transfer calls directly to any number you provide for us. When a call is transferred you can screen the call before accepting it.
How do you handle emergency calls?
We handle them quickly and efficiently. An emergency call simply means we will get the
message out as soon as possible. Our extensive On-Boarding process helps define
your emergency situations and how you want them handled. We will break down who to
notify first, and how to notify them, and who to contact next, and after what time frame.
Can more than one person receive the message?
Yes. We can send a message to more than one person simultaneously, or send it in an
order to other contacts if the initial contacts cannot be reached.
How quickly do you answer the phone?
Our average ring time is two rings. Our agents are ready for your callers. In addition, we
advise callers that their call may be recorded for quality assurance.
Do you provide a number for me to forward to?
Yes. Answer TXI will provide a phone number that you will use to forward your calls.
Do you have a plan that fits my needs?
We offer several plans to meet your needs. We also offer custom rates for our services
to meet your specific needs.
Do I need to commit to a long term contract?
Answer TXI does not have long-term contracts. We have a written Service Agreement
and Terms and Conditions providing for a minimum of one month’s service, with 30
days written notice of cancellation.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes we are! Our agents have HIPAA training and we provide "secure messaging".
