Are you located in the United States?
Yes! Answer TXI and all our staff are located within the US. Our corporate headquarters is located in New York.
How will my chats be answered?
In the onboarding process we go through what way you want the chat to engage and the language used to initiate a conversation.
How do I receive my messages?
We send by email a transcript of the chat with a timestamp, and any additional notes the agent made.
Can you directly transfer chats to me via call?
Yes, We can directly patch the customer from a chat conversation to a direct call to your representative.
Can more than one person receive the message?
Yes. We can send a message to more than one person simultaneously, or send it in an order to other contacts if the initial contacts cannot be reached.
How quickly do you answer the chat?
We can answer at any time that works best for your business. Our agents can prompt proactively right away, engage only at a set duration, or sit back to be responsive in a supportive role.
How do you install the chat on our website?
Once your chat is setup we will send you a snippet of code to add to your website. Your webmaster can add this directly to the site or use Google Tag Manager. Alternatively Answer TXI can also install your chat upon request.
Do you have a plan that fits my needs?
We offer several plans to meet your needs. We also offer custom rates for our services to meet your specific needs.
Do I need to commit to a long term contract?
Answer TXI does not have long-term contracts. We have a written Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions providing for a minimum of one month’s service, with 30 days written notice of cancellation.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes we are! Our agents have HIPAA training and we provide "secure messaging".
